I ordered a cake with fairly clear instructions, and the result was a huge disappointment. It was nothing like what I had asked for: not the design, not the colors, not the details. It looked like it was made carelessly and without any regard for the customer's request. I can understand minor variations, but this is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the presentation was truly lacking. When you order this type of product, you expect a minimum level of professionalism and respect for the order. I won't be back, and I certainly don't recommend them. It's a real shame; I had much higher expectations.

The croissants and pain au chocolat are simply delicious. The saleswomen are very kind and smiling. The bakery and pastry shop offer good quality products; I recommend this place.
