Very disappointing experience. The two staff members were rude and unprofessional. Instead of welcoming me, they complained that they were about to close and asked why I came at that time, even though they were still open. They were impatient, didn’t answer my questions, and provided almost no information about their services. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this salon.

I am a regular client, and usually the service here is professional. However, today’s experience was very disappointing. The staff member named Zahira in La Kiss was unprofessional and showed no basic customer service. I was not welcomed, kept waiting for a long time without any explanation, and not even offered water or coffee. This is not the level of service I expect from this salon.

Terrible experience – not recommended at all! I went to this salon for a new look. I hadn’t cut my hair in years, so this was a big decision for me. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience ever. The stylist didn’t listen to anything I said. He cut my hair so fast, like he was just doing whatever he wanted. He seemed completely uninterested in what I wanted. He kept fidgeting and checking his phone every minute, clearly in a hurry and annoyed. After the haircut, he did a blow dry that felt more like plucking a chicken than styling hair — it was rough and careless. Then I moved on to do a manicure and pedicure, which was just as bad. There was no proper cleaning — their idea of “cleaning” is a joke. It was painful and rushed. While I was there, a new client walked in. They told her to wait, but I overheard the staff laughing and joking behind her back, saying “Let her wait, I’m not taking her next” and laughing as if it was funny. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This place doesn’t care about clients at all. If you value your time, money, and hair — avoid this salon.

Last day of my holiday in Morocco - needed my eyelashes done and found this place near my hotel. Given the language barrier I was super happy to get an appointment and was absolutely stoked with my lashes. Also snuck a half leg wax in! Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever they were in a rush ! First why would you accept a client if you are in a rush to close . Olaplex hair treatment i’ve done it many time in different places it has many steps (numbers) he done only one product after washing my hair and it cost 600 mad . The manicure was so bad they even struggle if to open a new product for me or not (or just use whatever left from nail polish just to save products even if it wasn’t enough) When i asked for a blow dry the hairdresser didn’t even know it ! I had to pay 1200 mad for shitty service !!!! And btw they asked the cleaning lady to rinse my hair hhhhh very bad experience and it’s my last time there
