Firstly, the price-quality ratio is clearly unjustified. At this price point, one expects much more professionalism and quality. And what disappointed me most in my experience was the information I was given, which was the reason I went there in the first place, and which ultimately turned out to be inaccurate. I find this quite suspicious and, above all, very dishonest coming from a professional. There was no consideration for me as a person, my appointment wasn't kept, and no solution or gesture of goodwill was offered to rectify the situation. In short, it's inconceivable. It was a wonderful experience for my daughter and me! The staff is very professional, Special thanks to Hanane at reception for the warm welcome, Aziza who did my hair removal, and Esther who did an amazing treatment and styled my daughter’s curly hair. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful and well-maintained facility. I had a waxing and pedicure with Flore: professional and meticulous. Excellent! I'm more than satisfied with the service I received.

Very unprofessional !!!! Ive scheduled an appointment at 16h45 and had to wait 30+min with no explanation whatsoever, when i went to check with the manager she told me i might wait more ! So i rescheduled since ive already wasted so much time and cant book elsewhere ! Came back at 18:30 To wait for more than an hour again !! NO APPOLOGIES ! NADA !!! The esthetician was nice but she wasnt even notified that ive scheduled manicure and pedicure and it was already late !! Do better and dont GIVE APPOINTMENT if you’re not able to manage it well ! Thats the bare minimum !
