Be Zen - By So

This is my second year going to Sofia's salon. The services offered are of excellent quality, with a wide range of options. I've tried permanent hair removal, nail services, hairstyling... I've never been disappointed. The hammam package with the talented and lovely Souad is the highlight of my experience! I highly recommend this treatment with massage; it's a moment of total well-being. The team is trustworthy, and their equipment is state-of-the-art. Go without hesitation. You'll appreciate their professionalism and dedication.

I did madero therapy sessions with Souad and it was the best thing, she massaged very well, worked the problematic zones and helped me reduce cellulite. Definitely will be back for more sessions!

I had a wonderful experience with the hammam and massage. Twenty days after giving birth, I really needed a good hammam and some relaxation, and luckily that's exactly what I found at Be Zen. I want to thank the entire team for their warm welcome and kindness. A special thank you to Souad, who took care of my hammam and massage. She was very professional, attentive, and incredibly gentle. She did everything to make me feel comfortable and completely relaxed. After the hammam and a half-hour massage, I felt a real sense of relief after the long months of pregnancy and the fatigue of childbirth. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. I happily recommend this establishment.

I'd been wanting to try this spa for a while, but unfortunately, a self-proclaimed doctor or something... who botches the hammam, asks personal questions during the supposedly relaxing hammam, constantly stresses you out, and talks about the next client as if you were paying with cash... leaves you waiting in the relaxation room without a bottle of water and without telling you the massage room is downstairs, and finally waits for you in the massage room with a tense face and palpable nervousness (even though you did your best to understand and calm her down... to no avail, haha). The icing on the cake is the owner's reaction when you explain all this and the fact that this self-proclaimed masseuse not only makes you feel uncomfortable but also gives off a palpable negative vibe... well, she gives you an even colder response and tells you to get lost, pointing out that this "honorable therapist" A massage therapist who unfortunately has none of that, but apparently she doesn't know it yet, but the best part is that she charges you 120 dhs for a pathetic hammam including a vulgar coffee soaping which was nothing extraordinary... in short... my experience was FRUSTRATING, HUMILIATING AND REGRETTABLE, which is why I would not recommend it.
