I was very disappointed with my experience. I had booked an appointment in advance, but upon arrival, I was treated with a complete lack of respect and professionalism. There was absolutely no consideration for the clients. Furthermore, my Instagram comment was deleted, which clearly shows they don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes. Avoid this salon if you're looking for serious and humane service.

Frankly, I'm extremely disappointed with my visit to this nail salon in Safi. I've been getting my nails done there for eight years, and never, EVER have I had such a bad experience. First of all, when I arrived, the place was dirty and completely unhygienic, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. The tools didn't even seem to be properly disinfected. Then, the service was far from professional. The nails were poorly done, too fragile, badly filed, and frankly, they don't last at all. I even have the impression that my natural nails are damaged because of their sloppy work. The worst part is that they present a completely false image on Instagram, as if they offer a high-end service with cleanliness, quality, and professionalism. But the reality is the complete opposite! I don't understand how they can dare to sell such a service when they don't even guarantee the minimum level of quality. Honestly, I absolutely do not recommend this salon. If you care about your nails and your health, avoid this place. For me, it's clearly the worst experience in eight years of getting manicures. And the worst part? All this happened in just a few days (I'll let you see the photos for yourselves).

Disrespectful manager! Incompetent staff… salon hygiene leaves much to be desired… products used (gel polish… Chinese, cheap, from AliExpress) – no quality brands whatsoever. Anyway, when I had an appointment at 2 PM, I arrived on time and was asked to wait. She started filing my nails with an old file, then she wanted to cut them without asking me, using a nail clipper. She told me, "These aren't tips, these are natural nails with a brush." ​​She was shocked by the way she was doing it. Then she put some nail polish remover on my nails, haha, on cotton and left it on for 40 minutes because, well, she was busy and there was no one else around to do it. She simply said, "I had an appointment at 2 pm." Anyway, I asked the manager what the point of this stuff was, since it's not even aceton. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I don't know if I'm being too demanding or if what I experienced has unfortunately become the norm, but some things really deserve to be pointed out. First of all, I arrived at 2 p.m. and had to wait two hours before being served. Just before it was my turn, the staff even considered letting another customer go in under the pretext that she was "just there to drop off a bag," which was already annoying. Then I had the misfortune of using their restroom: it was simply unacceptable. No toilet paper, barely any water, impossible to wash my hands properly. The floor was dirty, and to top it all off, a toothbrush was lying around in the corner—which, in a place where germs circulate, is particularly worrying. Regarding the service: the person who gave me the VIP pedicure was friendly, although I don't remember her name – it wasn't Marwa or Oumnia. Oumnia did my semi-permanent nail polish. Honestly, the products she used seemed to be of poor quality – I could have bought the same supplies on Amazon and done it myself. Her technique gave me the impression she was improvising, but I let her do it, thinking it would be fine. But the worst part was the "Russian manicure" – a service that's shameful to call by that name. There was no space available, so she put me in a hairdressing chair, which was completely uncomfortable and poorly positioned for this type of treatment. Her cuticle nippers were faulty; she had to readjust them after every cut. I told her she was hurting me, but she carried on as if nothing was wrong. I told her to stop as soon as she finished the first hand. She asked me, in a haughty tone, "Why?" I told her it wasn't normal, that I was in pain. She retorted, "Did I make you bleed for you to say that?" I replied, "So you have to make me bleed before I have the right to say you're hurting me?" I went to pay the bill, and she followed me. I told her there was no point arguing, that I was going to pay, but that it would be the last time I came here. A complete lack of organization, punctuality, and above all, respect.

The service was good, but unfortunately, the work and the girls who work there aren't worth the prices. The nails started peeling the next day, and they fell off after four days.
