Appart Riad Marrakech

We were extremely disappointed with this apartment — it fell far short of what was advertised and made our stay uncomfortable and stressful. First, the space is much smaller than shown in the listing photos, which are clearly misleading and give a false impression of size and layout. The condition was very poor: the shower area was visibly rotten, and the water supply never worked properly, making basic hygiene difficult. The sleeping arrangements were terrible — the beds were rock-hard and completely uncomfortable. The bedding was unhygienic: sheets had noticeable marks/stains, and the blankets carried a strong, unpleasant odour. The sofa was also very hard and offered no comfort at all. Even the location was inaccurate. While we understand map discrepancies can happen, there were no clear map photos or descriptions provided in advance to help us find the correct spot, causing unnecessary confusion. Most concerning of all: the person who handed over the keys entered the apartment without asking or notifying us while we were out. This made us feel our privacy was completely disregarded, and we had no way of knowing if our personal belongings had been touched or looked through. Overall, this place is not as described, is unhygienic, poorly maintained, and raises serious privacy issues. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

A beautiful, comfortable apartment with typical Moroccan decor, ideally located close to historical and tourist sites.

My stay at the riad was truly a wonderful experience. The welcome was warm, the staff were friendly, and the riad itself is magnificent. You have a real family atmosphere. I will definitely be back! 10/10 Thank you all!
