Bad service

A very bad experience with this on-call pharmacy. Being ill, I traveled to this pharmacy, which is already quite far from my home, only to find out that it was impossible to pay by credit card. In 2026, this is simply unacceptable, especially for an on-call pharmacy providing an essential service. In other cities, notably Marrakech, card payments are accepted without difficulty, even for small amounts. Why impose on patients, already suffering, the burden of searching for an ATM before being able to buy their medication? An on-call service should facilitate access to healthcare, not further complicate the situation for sick people. I hope this pharmacy will take the necessary steps to offer a modern payment method adapted to the needs of its patients.

Very helpful staff. Her English, though not perfect is very good. I'm very grateful for her help.

I was seen very quickly and they had all the medication I needed. They also provided me with the invoice for my insurance quickly. They speak English and the service is excellent.
