I had one of the worst experiences of my life at Akdital Hospital's maternity department. Although the delivery itself went well, the level of organization, communication, and patient care afterward was extremely disappointing. After giving birth, I had to wait for more than two hours before being transferred to my suite. I repeatedly explained to the staff that my room was already confirmed, available, and fully paid for, and that my family was waiting for me there. However, I was told that my room was not showing in their system. Meanwhile, my sister was given incorrect information and told that the anesthesia had not yet worn off, which was supposedly the reason for the delay. Instead of properly checking my confirmed room, the staff were apparently looking for newly available rooms for other patients. I kept telling them over and over again that my suite already existed and had been paid for, yet I still waited for more than two hours. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse once I finally reached my suite. Whenever I called for assistance because I was exhausted, in pain, and needed help after giving birth, I would sometimes wait between 30 minutes and one hour before anyone came to check on me. A staff member would come and say, “I will check for you,” and then never return. When I called again, a completely different person would arrive with no idea that I had already requested help earlier. There was clearly a serious lack of communication and coordination between the staff. On top of that, despite paying for a private suite, the television remote control had been removed from my room. Every time I asked for it, I was told that apparently one remote was being used for the entire floor and that I needed to wait while they looked for it. I only received it on my last day. When I complained about the poor service and lack of attention, the response was simply that they had too many patients and there was nothing they could do. I paid 12,500 MAD because I wanted to go through childbirth in a comfortable, supportive, and well-organized environment. Instead, I experienced stress, frustration, pain, and constant disappointment. I spent what should have been a special and emotional time crying and feeling completely neglected. For the amount I paid and the level of care I expected from a private maternity facility, this experience was unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hospital's maternity department to any woman. This was supposed to be one of the most memorable moments of my life. Unfortunately, Akdital turned it into one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

The medical and adminstrative staff walk out of their ways to discharge their duties as right and fit. I particularly can't thank Dr. Wafa Allam and her team of " l'hopital du jour" well enough . These people are just very dutiful, conscientious, professional and very helpful. Special thanks and a very high admiration and gratefulness to the head nurse Mrs.Halima.

Death Zone run away!!!!, my dad was admitted to ICU ..he was treated no competent specially with the Réanimation multidisciplinaires directed by Hassouni Anouar who follow a protocol like a robot, lack of Humanity and responsibility, ..I am absolutely outraged by the disgraceful experience my dad had at this stupid hospital . The doctor we encountered was not just rude, but outright hostile, shouting at us throughout the consultation for no reason whatsoever. Their unprofessionalism was very shocking . Their ICU is like the best side floor they will admit patients to ICU no matter what their health situation . I guess u know why!!! We came to this hospital expecting good and respectful treatment, but instead, we were met with arrogance and disrespect. I am disgusted by how we were treated, particularly since the patient is already suffering from septic chock .This was the first time we’ve ever been treated so horribly by a medical professional, and it has left us feeling deeply disrespected and shaken.they will milk you and drain your bank account , pleaseeeee stay away from this horrible hospital.

If you think about going to the emergency, I recommend you not to. Useless staff, coming and going through the hall acting like they're busy when they're not. Beds are not sterilized after each patient, they just ask you to go and lay on it like that after another patient leaves. Almost an hour of waiting for an unprofessional young doctor to show up. The consultation took 1 minute ( without exaggeration) with 2 or 3 questions. No further investigation done to confirm the preliminary diagnosis. No proper communication. Prescribed an injection for the pain only nothing more. Paid 533 dhs for this nonsense. I could go on and on with this... Anyway, If you care about yourself or a loved one, DON'T go to the emergency of this clinic! (For the clinic's social media team that replies to reviews on this page with the same message, save your words! I'm keeping this review for the people to avoid this scam! )

I had an amazing experience at Clinique Akdital Salé for my delivery. The clinic provides excellent care, with a well-organized, clean, and comfortable environment. The medical staff was professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making my stay as smooth as possible. A huge thank you to Dr. Leila El Metghari, an exceptional gynecologist! She is extremely competent, kind, and reassuring. From the beginning, she provided the best medical care while making me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Her expertise and warmth truly made a difference in my childbirth experience. I highly recommend Clinique Akdital Salé and Dr. Leila El Metghari for their outstanding maternity services!
