Akdital : Private Hospital El Jadida

This is the worst hospital to come through. Today we had an appointment with the doctor we came at 10:00Am and the nurse receptionist told us the doctor will come at 12:30 pm . We end up waiting for more than 3 hours . The doctor came at 2:30 pm because they are working in a different public hospital and the receptionist didn’t call our name . The receptionist was so rude and kept screaming at the patient. I have her name and I’m going to take legal actions . I don’t recommend this hospital at all .

A very good experience. There was air conditioning, a garden view, a hospital bed with many features, a smart TV, a mini-fridge, a toilet, and a shower.

Worst emergency room experience I've ever had. The medical staff were arrogant and inhumane, asking questions completely unrelated to the actual problem. They even made a diagnosis without checking my medical history or the blood tests I had done the day before. Disgusted! And on top of that, they judged and looked down on me. I would never, ever recommend this hospital. The medical staff needs to be reformed or even replaced.

I received a very poor reception at the emergency room. A man treated me like a fishmonger. I explained that my 84-year-old father had fallen and that his Visa card insurance covered the cost, and that the assistance service was in contact with the clinic and had an open case. I hope this doesn't reflect the entirety of your clinic.

I wish to express my deep gratitude to the entire team at this excellent clinic. The welcome is warm, the staff highly professional, and the organization impeccable. There's so much delay! A cancer patient comes for their treatment and has to wait more than two hours? Where's the immunity that's supposed to be there? At this rate, there's no difference between a public hospital and this one. Cancer isn't just any illness; a patient arrives fresh and gets exhausted just waiting here.

We arrived at the pediatric emergency room at 4:00 a.m. for an urgent situation. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that no pediatrician was on duty and that none of the pediatricians we contacted were answering the phone. I am deeply shocked by this situation. It is inconceivable that a pediatric emergency department cannot guarantee the presence or availability of at least one pediatrician to handle urgent cases. This experience is very disappointing and raises serious concerns about the care provided to children requiring emergency treatment.

Excellent place with very friendly staff. Thank you to Fatima Zahra (HR), and a big thank you to Chaimaa and Ahlam who took care of my brother during the night we spent at this hospital, which is 100% recommended. A cure for all, God willing. AKHABBAZ Boujemaa.
