Unfortunately, this clinic is chaotic. They don't respect appointments. As for diagnosing a patient, it doesn't take more than 5 minutes. Meanwhile, you're asked to complete diagnostic tasks even before the doctor arrives. The waiting time can exceed 3 hours.

Long waiting times, irresponsible employee methods lacking discipline and morals, as if you were in the middle of a weekly market, in addition to very high prices compared to the wait and the abuse.

After making an appointment for Friday, they called to tell me the doctor would be there on Thursday. Later, they informed me she hadn't shown up and would finally be there on Friday. I went back on Friday at 9:00 AM and waited until 1:30 PM. Surprisingly, despite being among the first in line, other people were seen before me, and I was the last one. I was then surprised to find that the doctor left without seeing me, even though I was among the first. I do not recommend Akdital Clinic.
