At first, the café seemed like a well-established business, but unfortunately, over time the quality of service has steadily declined. After several unprofessional incidents, today I experienced a particularly harsh treatment: a 45-minute wait for my breakfast, only to be told, when I asked about my order, that it had been forgotten. I was seated at the first table near the entrance and watched other customers being served, eating, and leaving while I waited for my order. This isn't the first incident, but given the repeated nature of these problems, I've decided to share this to prevent future visitors from experiencing the same thing.
