I’m absolutely disappointed!!!!
I ordered a medium caffe latte, the male service guy (is on the picture I uploaded) tells me there are only large cups available. I tell him it’s fine, just put the amount of the medium in the large cup. He agrees and does exactly that. When I wanted to pay he is charging me the price for a large cup. I’m confused and ask him why this price. He tells me that it’s because he is using the large cup. I’m still confused as we just discussed that he will put the medium amount in the large cup. When I started to argue with him and reminding him what we just discussed, he changed the price to the medium cup.
This action does not accidentally!! It happens on purpose!! He tried to charge me the bigger amount on purpose! And I’m sure these guys are hiding the medium size amount! This is a big scam and I need to warn future potential customers. I used to enjoy going to Arabica and have a nice coffee. But his experience really impacted my view on this!! I’m asking the franchise owner please to review this and do something before the reputation is impacted!
